On January 29, 2026, as part of the Vitebsk Region Regional Student Youth Forum, Alexey Chukanov, Rector of VSMU, met with students of the Novopolotsk City Lyceum.

The dialogue was informative and constructive. The lyceum students showed great interest and asked several topical questions regarding educational programs, the university’s scientific and practical activities, and student life.

During the conversation, special attention was given to explaining the various admission pathways to the university. Alexey Nikolaevich provided detailed information about the features and advantages of different admission options, including participation in subject Olympiads and prospects for targeted education.

The meeting took place in an atmosphere of mutual interest and openness, fully reflecting the spirit of the university, which holds the honorary title of educational institution of the Order of Friendship of Peoples.
