A solemn ceremony dedicated to the second graduation of students from the Winter Admission Department of the Overseas Students Training Faculty at Vitebsk State Medical University took place on January 30, 2026. Twenty-seven foreign citizens, who successfully completed their studies in the specialty "Medical Science," were awarded the title "Doctor of Medicine" and diplomas from one of Belarus’s leading medical universities.

As Alexey Chukanov, Rector of VSMU, noted: "Our graduates are now part of the large VSMU medical family and will carry the high standards of Belarusian medical education, the spirit of humanism, and evidence-based science into the world."

The graduates expressed their deep gratitude to the university administration, staff, and teachers for the quality education, support, and warm attitude they received.

Citizens of Egypt, India, Lebanon, the Maldives, Nigeria, Sudan, and Sri Lanka received their medical diplomas, paving the way for their professional careers in their home countries.
