On February 15, 2026, an excursion to the Holy Protection Cathedral in Vitebsk was organized for VSMU students. Priest Boris Slutsky spoke about the restoration of the cathedral, the sacred relics housed in the temple, and Belarus’s enlightener, Euphrosyne of Polotsk.

After the tour, a tea party and discussion were held, during which students learned more about the history of the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord. Priest Boris Slutsky answered their questions on topics such as the Bible, morality, love, patience, fidelity, and respect for parents.

These conversations between priests and students play a vital role in shaping life values and nurturing the youth’s potential to address socially significant challenges in modern society.
