On February 19, 2026, a career guidance event titled the "Target Training Fair" was held at Novkinskaya Secondary School in the Vitebsk region, named after the twice Hero of the Soviet Union P.I. Klimuk. The event brought together students from grades 9 to 11 of educational institutions across the Vitebsk region, as well as representatives from higher and secondary specialized education institutions, enterprises, and organizations located in the Vitebsk region and the city of Vitebsk.

VSMU was represented at the event by Lyubov Orekhova, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Preparatory Training Course, along with university students.

As part of the interactive exhibition platform "Choose a Profession! Do the Right Thing!" and the open mic session "Who Should I Be?", guests and participants had the opportunity not only to learn about the university's activities but also to discover the benefits and specifics of admission through targeted training.

Following the results of their work in 2025, representatives of VSMU were formally presented with a Letter of Thanks from the Education Department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee for their cooperation in concluding targeted training agreements and for active career guidance.
