A volleyball championship was held in Grodno, initiated and organized by the Sri Lankan community of Grodno State Medical University. The tournament brought together five men's teams representing Sri Lankan students studying at medical universities across Belarus.

The sports festival provided the audience with unforgettable emotions. The championship culminated in an intense final match between "Team VSMU" and "Grodno Gladiators." The team representing Vitebsk State Medical University achieved a brilliant victory after a hard-fought battle.

Special recognition is due for his personal contribution to the victory. The title of "Best Player of the Tournament" was rightfully awarded to Abdullah Arif Mahmud, a fifth-year student at VSMU, whose skill and athletic spirit became the highlight of the competition.
