Participant of the folk pop song studio "Tandem" (led by Ekaterina Palagot), Ekaterina Dyakova, has once again demonstrated her high performance level by becoming a finalist in the prestigious National Competition for Young Pop Song Performers, Molodechno-2026.

On March 10, 2026, the zonal qualifying round took place in Dubrovno. Ekaterina Dyakova, a third-year student of the Pharmaceutical Faculty, proudly represented VSMU and her creative team. During the auditions, she performed two compositions in Belarusian, showcasing a high level of professionalism and artistic taste.

By a unanimous decision of the jury, Ekaterina earned the right to participate in the final, which promises to be a significant cultural event in the country. The finals will be held on June 12-13 in Molodechno. Participants will face a challenging task: to perform one piece accompanied by the National Academic Concert Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus named after M. J. Finberg, and a second piece to a soundtrack.
