On April 8, 2026, Alexey Chukanov, Rector of VSMU, met with young specialists at the Rogachevskaya Central District Hospital.

The event was dedicated to discussing the pressing issues faced by aspiring doctors and exploring ways to address them to ensure effective work and professional growth.

During the productive dialogue, topics such as the adaptation of graduates to a new work environment, opportunities for professional development, and measures of social support for young personnel were discussed. Alexey Chukanov expressed his willingness to assist in the development of future specialists.

The meeting with chief physician Maxim Shestopalov and his Deputy Andrey Katichev allowed the participants to outline concrete steps to strengthen cooperation.
