On April 10, 2026, the final of the V Republican contest of startup projects in the field of healthcare "MedicalStartup" took place.

Vitebsk State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical University was represented by the projects of Olga Azarenko and Anna Antonysheva "Development and implementation of a screening method for sarcopenia detection" (scientific supervisor V.A. Prishchepenko), Vasily Kulagin "A tool for diagnosing and helping people with anxiety and depression" (scientific supervisor A.V. Shvayko) and a joint project with BSUIR, author from VSMU - Anatoly Demenkovets "Balance Plus diagnostic and developmental Complex".

It was noted that all the projects are presented at a high level, have an important scientific and practical focus.

The Kulagin Vasily project was particularly noted and awarded with a certificate from Remago LLC for the development of the brand foundation.
