The event brought together more than 100 representatives of the student and working youth of the region. One of the most numerous at the forum was the delegation of the youth professional asset of the healthcare system, headed by Vladimir Plytkevich, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Belarusian Trade Union of Healthcare Workers organization. The industry was represented by 25 people, including students and staff of VSMU.

After the solemn rally and the laying of flowers in the Alley of Heroes' Memory, the participants were divided into thematic locations: "Lesson of Courage": live communication about exploits and duty, Military exposition: acquaintance with modern weapons and special equipment, Vityaz Club show: demonstration of skills of future defenders of the Fatherland.

The campaign "Plant a tree – remember the war" has become a special symbol of continuity. The participants planted 30 young tui trees – one for each day remaining until one of the main holidays of the country.

As part of the discussion platform "One victory for all!", young people discussed with experts ways to protect the historical truth. The culmination of the meeting was the transfer of "triangle letters".

– Feeling this connection, from the veterans who conveyed their thoughts in letters to the schoolchildren who deliver them, we young people receive an important life lesson. Peace is a fragile value that needs to be protected on a daily basis," said Nikita Skaskevich, Deputy Chairman of the VSMU Students' Trade Union committee.
