On April 14, 2026, on the basis of pharmacy No. 49 of the first category in Vitebsk, a dialogue platform "Theory and Practice" was held with young specialists of the Vitebsk Unitary Enterprise "Pharmacy" and students of 2-4 courses of the Pharmaceutical Faculty.

The event was attended by employees of the company: Ekaterina Boriseevich, General Director, Elena Mogilnitskaya, Deputy General Director, Natalia Petrovets, Head of the Legal and Personnel Department, Sergey Savelyev, Head of the organizational and pharmaceutical Department.

Elena, Deputy Dean of the Pharmaceutical Faculty of Serak, made a presentation on the procedure for the distribution and placement of graduates.

Natalia Petrovets introduced the participants to the main areas of work of the Vitebsk UE "Pharmacy".

Young specialists Pavel Kovrigo, Zaruba Dina, Milana Yasaeva, Diana Kuleshova and Maxim Budnitsky spoke about their professional activities.

Students of the Pharmaceutical Faculty had the opportunity to communicate and ask questions to their future colleagues. The event ended with a guided tour of pharmacy No. 49 of the first category, which was conducted by Tatiana Bulgach, the head of the dialogue platform, for the participants.

The Theory and Practice dialogue platform showed how the knowledge gained in the classroom turns into a successful career and financial well-being, and contributed to the professional self-determination of students.
