A team of students from the Laboratory of professional Excellence of the Master and Margarita took part in the IV International Olympiad on Internal Medicine "CONSILIUMMEDICUM" named after Professor A.V. Litvinov, held on April 21 in Smolensk.

The first (qualifying) stage was held online in March 2026. The program of the final full-time stage of the Olympiad was intense and required serious theoretical training, clinical thinking and teamwork. The Olympiad was presented in the format of an intellectual game, which included 6 contests ("Business Card", "Blitz", "Captain's Competition", "Clinical situation", "Black Box", "Own game!"), and covered all major therapeutic specialties: cardiology, rheumatology, nephrology, hematology, gastroenterology, pulmonology and phthisiology.

Our guys coped with the excitement, showed a high level of professional knowledge, combative character, ability to work in a team and adequately represented VSMU, winning the second place!

Congratulations to the silver medalists of the Olympiad, the team of the Master and Margaritas: Kolontai Ivan is the captain of the team, Olga Yasko, Varvara Belkova, Ekaterina Zemirova, Daria Lastovaya, Alexandra Tsitsorina.
