On April 23-25, 2026, the XI International Festival of Volunteer Teams "Our choice is a healthy lifestyle!" was held on the basis of the Polessky State University Educational Establishment, in which the VSMU Reflection team took part.

The rich program of the festival included master classes, interactive events, information and cultural platforms, the training "Anti-stress first aid kit: assemble your own set of tools for mental health", the training "We choose", the case game: "ProblemNet", the quiz game in English "Health and Sport", the author's game "neBunker volunteers" and many other topics dedicated to the main areas of volunteer activity.

Participants from Belarus and Russia shared their experiences of volunteer practices and discussed issues related to improving the effectiveness of volunteer work.

The final of the event was the planting of the alley "Our choice is a healthy lifestyle." Each tree is a symbol of a choice in favor of life, health and the future.
