The Faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining Staff in Pedagogic and Psychology has completed the implementation of educational retraining programs for managers and specialists with higher education in the specialty "Pedagogical activity of specialists" at the educational institutions "Mozyr State Medical College" and "Polotsk State Medical College named after Hero of the Soviet Union Z.M. Tusnolobova-Marchenko" (training period 24 month).

The final certification in the form of thesis defense was successfully completed by 50 students who were awarded the "Teacher" qualification.

The students noted that retraining would contribute to a more effective solution of their tasks in performing the functions of professional activity, such as planning and designing the content of educational, research, and educational work; their organization and analysis of results; development of scientific and methodological support for education and program-planning documentation for education.
