On May 20, 2026, on the basis of the Mogilev State Regional Lyceum No. 3, an event was held for applicants and their legal representatives, which was devoted to key issues of the 2026 admission campaign, as well as opportunities for admission on the basis of targeted specialist training.

The dialogue was attended by Vladimir Gatsko, Head of the Main Department for Healthcare of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, Igor Loshkevich, First Deputy Head of the Main Department for Education, and Yulia Yemelyanova, Head of the Human Resources and Legal Department of the Main Department for Healthcare.

The University's medical community was represented by employees of VSMU — Lyubov Orekhova, Deputy Dean of the General Medicine Faculty, and Nadezhda Pashkevich, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pathological Physiology.

A special emphasis at the meeting was placed on the demand for higher medical and pharmaceutical education, as well as on the obvious advantages of admission to medical universities on the basis of targeted training.

This format of dialogue — with the participation of representatives of healthcare and education — helped prospective applicants and their parents not only to receive comprehensive information about admission rules, but also to weigh all the advantages of targeted training. As a result, the meeting became an important step for those who are already ready to make a choice in favor of the profession of a doctor or pharmacist and connect their path with VSMU.
