On May 21, 2026, the rector of the University, Alexei Chukanov, met with participants in a number of significant patriotic projects at the military department.

The event was attended by finalists of the open military-patriotic competition "I would join the army", the large-scale final of which was successfully held last week, as well as representatives of other student patriotic forums.

The meeting was held in the format of a tea party, which allowed the participants to share their most vivid impressions of the past events in a casual conversation. The guys talked about emotionally intense moments, about the difficulties and joys of the common cause.

Summing up the meeting, Alexey Nikolaevich noted the active lifestyle of the students and wished them bright victories in upcoming projects.
