State Educational Institution “National Institute for Higher Education” invites foreign citizens to pass Certification Testing of Russian or Belarusian as a Foreign Language. Passing testing in Russian/Belarusian as a foreign language will allow a foreign student or graduate to receive an independent assessment of their knowledge, and confirm the level of proficiency in Russian/Belarusian.
