The Department of Pharmaceutical Care was created in September 2023 by combining the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and the Department of Standardization of Medicines with the FPC and PC course.
The department teaches academic disciplines for full-time students of the pharmaceutical faculty and the faculty of training foreign citizens in the specialty “Pharmacy” and part-time students of higher education: “Pharmacology”, “Pharmaceutical hygiene”, “Pharmaceutical biotechnology”, “Pharmaceutical care”, “Pharmacoepidemiology”, “Standardization of medicines”. Types of practice assigned to the department: educational practice, pharmaceutical propaedeutic; production practice, pharmacological.
Educational and ideological work is carried out by all teachers during training sessions in the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th years of the Faculty of Pharmacy of full-time higher education; 1, 3, 5, 6 courses of the Faculty of Pharmacy by correspondence for higher education.
The employees of the department carry out research work, including on innovative pedagogical activities in higher education. There is a student scientific circle.
