On October 15, 2025, the first online meeting was held with Shahid Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Medical University (Pakistan). The leadership of the university from Pakistan was greeted by Denis Lits, Vice-rector    of International Affairs and Organizational and Legal Work; Elena Sharykhina, Head of the Department of International and Interregional Affairs; and Anna Pchelintseva, Head of the Department of International Affairs. This online meeting marked an important step in strengthening scientific and academic ties between the universities.

On October 14, 2025, the administration of Vitebsk State Medical University, headed by Rector Alexey Chukanov, met with young specialists and interns who have begun working in healthcare institutions in Polotsk and Novopolotsk.

On October 14, the university hosted a youth action titled "Thank you for everything!" dedicated to Mother's Day. The event was organized by representatives of the student council, the volunteer movement, and members of the NGO "BRSM" of VSMU, with support from the Department for Ideological and Educational Work.

A cooperation agreement was signed between “Vitebsk State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical University” (VSMU) and the State Educational Institution “Tolochina Secondary School No. 3 named after M.B. Osipova”.

The purpose of the agreement is to combine efforts to deepen students' knowledge, share best practices, and provide systematic career guidance.

The delegation from VSMU, led by Denis Lits, Vice-Rector of International Affairs and Organizational and Legal Work, participated in the events of the second day (October 10, 2025) of the International Forum of Young Parliamentarians "Youth in Local Government," made possible through the cooperation between the Minsk and Vitebsk City Councils of Deputies.

The program was equally intense: participants laid flowers at the obelisk "Minsk — the Hero City," paying tribute to the bravery of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War. The final plenary session followed, during which the results of the forum were summarized, further development pathways outlined, and all participants were awarded certificates.
