The republican promotional project “Choose a student team” has started in the Vitebsk region. More than 150 people from institutions of higher, secondary special, vocational and technical education in the Vitebsk region took part in the event. A meeting of newcomers with labor teams took place at the Vitebsk Regional Institute for Educational Development.

On interactive platforms, the fighters of the student brigade movement shared their experiences and impressions, talked about everyday work, introduced the exhibition of achievements of past years, and showed master classes.

The VSMU students from the “Heroes of Our Time” medical team demonstrated how to properly apply bandages, measure blood pressure, showed surgical instruments and much more.

The first secretary of the Vitebsk regional committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, Vladimir Babichev, emphasized that young people are increasingly interested in the activities of student groups. Last year, following the results of the work semester, almost 6 thousand young people from the northern region were employed.
