On March 15, 2023, the VSMU staff and students took part in the motor rally “For a United Belarus” dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus. As part of the event, organized by the RPA "Patriots of Belarus" with the support of the Vitebsk regional and city executive committees, the regional action "Let's Sing the Anthem Together" took place, a rally was held with laying flowers at the obelisk "The Fifth Regiment" and a motor rally along the route: Titova St. - St. Budyonny – Gen. Beloborodov St. - Moskovsky Ave. - Pobedy Ave. - Stroiteley Ave. - Petrus Brovka St. - Tereshkova St. - Frunze Ave. - Lenin St. to the Regional Philharmonic.
