On April 23, 2024, the opening of the 29th International Medical Forum “Healthcare of Belarus-2024” took place in Minsk, in which the delegation of VSMU led by the Rector of the University Alexei Chukanov took part.

As part of the forum, the country's largest exhibition in the field of medicine and healthcare is taking place, where Vitebsk State Medical University presents its educational services and innovative developments at the Educational Alley.

After the opening ceremony of the forum, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Igor Petrishenko, the Minister of Health Alexander Khodzhaev, and the representatives of the healthcare system inspected the exposition of VSMU.
