On April 24, 2024, the VII All-Belarusian People's Assembly began its work. The delegates of the Supreme Council are 1,166 people, the representatives of all regions of the republic, including Elizaveta Ivanova, a student of the Faculty of Medicine at VSMU, who is the youngest delegate of the forum.

The VSMU administration, staff and students of the university joined the live broadcast of the meeting, which was opened by the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. He addressed the delegates, touching on global issues in his speech and emphasizing their solutions.

The VSMU team watched the meeting with special attention, taking notes, being inspired by the performances and expressing their thoughts.
