On March 11, the Rector of the University, professor Shchastniy A.T. held a videoconference with the parents of students from the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. The meeting was also attended by a representative of the Embassy of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka in the Russian Federation. During the videoconference, which was held in the question-answer format, such issues as the safety of the educational process for foreign students, the peculiarities of issuing visas for foreign citizens when leaving the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the possibility of tuition fees payment delay, etc. were discussed.

At the end of the meeting, representatives of the Association of Parents of Students from the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka expressed their gratitude to the Rector of the University, as well as to the dean's office of the Faculty of Overseas Students Training for their comprehensive support and assistance in resolving any issues that international students have.
