Awarding of the laureates of the XXXI Republican Competition of Students' Scientific Works

On June 18, 2025, the awarding ceremony of the laureates of the XXXI Republican Competition of Students' Scientific Works was held.

The event was attended by the Minister of Education Andrei Ivanovich Ivanets, the Chairman of the State Committee on Science and Technology Sergei Vladimirovich Shlychkov, as well as the representatives of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Higher Attestation Commission and the leadership of the country's universities. Andrei Ivanovich congratulated the winners and emphasized that such young people need to be supported.

This year, the competition brought together the students and graduates from 53 higher education establishments, including branches. 2,732 scientific works were presented, both individually and in collaboration. Based on the results of the expert evaluation, 60 works received the status of laureates, another 749 were classified as the first category.

3 students and a graduate of the Vitebsk State Medical University were awarded the title of "Laureate of the XXXI Republican Competition of Student Scientific Works":

Grigoryeva Karolina – the 6th-year student of the Faculty of Medicine, scientific supervisor – the Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Osochuk S.S.;

Michko Dmitry – the 6th-year student of the Faculty of Medicine, scientific supervisors – the Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Dmitrachenko T.I., PhD, the Associate Professor Krylova E.V.;

Bontsevich Sergey – the 6th-year student of the Faculty of Medicine, scientific supervisors - PhD, the Associate Professor Okulich V.K., PhD, the Associate Professor Zemko V.Yu.;

Smolkin Valery – the graduate of the Faculty of Pharmacy, scientific supervisor – the Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Professor Khishova O.M.

For conscientious fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity, successful management of scientific works of students, winners of the XXXI Republican competition of scientific works of students, the Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Osochuk Sergey Stefanovich was awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
