VSMU at the festival “Slavic aspect of women's entrepreneurship: opportunities and prospects”

On July 17, 2025, the delegation of VSMU took part in the festival of women's initiatives “Slavic aspect of women's entrepreneurship: opportunities and prospects”, where more than 200 participants from Belarus and Russia joined forces in searching for new ideas for developing relations and ways to implement them.

VSMU presented an exhibition of scientific achievements, which aroused the active interest of the festival guests.

The guests of the event were welcomed by the chairperson of the public association “Belarusian Union of Women” Olga Shpilevskaya.

The deputy chairperson of the regional executive committee Anzhelika Nikitina spoke about the development and support of women's business initiatives in Vitebsk region, the director of the State Enterprise “Cultural and Historical Complex “Golden Ring of the City of Vitebsk “Dvina” Elena Chernykh spoke about the development of tourism in Vitebsk. The regional organization of Public Association “Belarusian Union of Women” was introduced to social projects by its chairperson, head of the main department of ideological work and youth affairs of the regional executive committee Marina Novitskaya.
