Rector of VSMU Aleksey Chukanov took part in the meeting of delegations of Smolensk and Vitebsk City Councils of Deputies

On July 25, 2025, Rector of VSMU, member of the Presidium of the City Council of Deputies Aleksey Chukanov took part in the meeting of delegations of Smolensk and Vitebsk City Councils of Deputies.

During the visit, promising areas of cooperation in the framework of improving the training of medical personnel and organizing the provision of medical care were discussed.

An agreement on concluding a corresponding agreement between VSMU and Smolensk Medical University was reached.
