Republican Seminar-meeting for Leaders of Higher Education Institutions

On September 5, 2025, Vice-Rector for International Relations and Organizational-Legal Work at Vitebsk State Medical University, Denis Lis, participated in a republican instructional and methodological seminar-meeting for leaders of higher education institutions titled "Innovations in Educational Activity Licensing."

The event, organized by the Ministry of Education and the Department for Quality Assurance in Education, was held at the Republican Institute of Higher School and focused on recent changes in the regulatory and legal framework, as well as key aspects of the licensing procedure.

During the seminar, detailed discussions were held on legislative aspects regulating educational activities and on the prospects for developing the quality control system for higher education.

Vice-Rector Denis Lis commented: "Participation in such events allows the university to stay at the forefront of current requirements, ensure impeccable compliance of all educational programs with high standards, and strengthen VSMU’s position both nationally and internationally."
