Career guidance meeting with students of Vetrinskaya secondary school in Polotsk district

On March 6, 2026, the Faculty of Preparatory Training Course at VSMU organized a career guidance visit for students of Vetrinskaya Secondary School named after D.V. Tyabut, Polotsk District.

The event was held in the "Equal teaches equal" format, where it is not teachers who talk about the organization of the educational process and student life, but recent graduates who have sat at the school desk themselves.

The speaker was Arina Orel, a first-year student of the Stomatological Faculty at VSMU. She not only introduced students to the university's structure and the specifics of the educational process but also highlighted the main advantage of a medical university — a practice-oriented approach to training future doctors and pharmacists. Additionally, Arina shared insights into her vibrant extracurricular life: creative teams, sports clubs, and volunteer projects, where every student can realize their potential.

Such events help increase students' motivation, provide answers to questions about admission for prospective students, and assist them in making an informed choice to pursue higher medical or pharmaceutical education at a medical university.
