Meeting of University students with Ruslan Tkachenko, an expert of the Synodal Department of Youth Affairs

On March 13, 2026, VSMU hosted a meeting between university students and Ruslan Tkachenko, an expert of the Synodal Department for Youth Affairs, specializing in education, upbringing, family policy, and youth work. He is also the Director of the Agency for the Positive Development of Society and Social Institutions, as well as the Director of the Institute of Demographic Development and Reproductive Potential. The event was also attended by a representative of the Vitebsk Diocese, Archpriest Sergei Zakharov.

An intellectual master class titled "The Source of Power" was held as part of the meeting.

It is worth noting that Ruslan Anatolyevich is part of the delegation accompanying a shrine of worldwide significance — the ark containing the Belt of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which will be displayed from March 13 to March 15 at the Holy Dormition Cathedral in Vitebsk.
