Effective volunteering: representatives of VSMU shared their experience at the Constructor of Good forum

On March 20, 2026, at the XXXIII Minsk International Book Fair, a panel discussion titled "Constructor of Goodness: Collecting the Best Practices of Universities" was held.

The event, which brought together leaders of the volunteer movement from higher education institutions, was attended by representatives of Vitebsk State Medical University, including employees of the Department of Ideological and Educational Work.

During the meeting, experts discussed key aspects of volunteerism development, organizing the program into three substantive modules:

• System: Exploring effective management models and building a clear structure for the volunteer center.
• Motivation: Tools for inspiring students and methods to prevent professional burnout among coordinators.

Cases: Presentation of best practices, where participants shared experiences in implementing educational initiatives and inclusive projects.
