Career guidance meeting with students of the State Educational Establishment "Gymnasium No. 2 in Vitebsk"

On May 27, 2026, the Faculty of Pre-University Education at VSMU held a career guidance meeting with an excursion for 10th grade students of the State Educational Institution Gymnasium No. 2 in Vitebsk.

Lyubov Orekhova, Deputy Dean of the Pharmaceutical Faculty at VSMU, familiarized the guests in detail with the structure of the university, the key features of the admission campaign in 2026, as well as with the prospects for studying, including the possibility of obtaining higher medical or pharmaceutical education on the basis of targeted training.

During the event, students got acquainted with the anatomical museum of VSMU, whose unique exhibits aroused increased cognitive interest and lively response among the children.

The event made it possible to demonstrate the significant role of fundamental sciences and practice-oriented education in the process of specialist training, as well as for the majority of students to consciously decide on the future profession of a doctor or pharmacist on the basis of VSMU.
