On June 1, 2026, on Children's Day, Alexey Chukanov, Rector of VSMU, member of the Presidium of the Vitebsk City Council of Deputies, visited the Vitebsk Regional Specialized Children's Home.

The visit became part of the festive events dedicated to the main children's holiday. The young pupils prepared a concert program for the guests, which captivated those present with its emotionality and spontaneity.
