VSMU students' volunteer project "Babysitter instead of Mom"

As part of the "Babysitter instead of Mom" project, volunteers from the Red Cross and the "Always Saving Kindness" detachment of the VSMU regularly visit children left without parental care who are in the Vitebsk Regional Specialized Orphanage.

The Nanny Instead of Mom project is about filling the emotional void that a child finds himself in, deprived of parental warmth during a difficult period of his life.

The nanny's tasks are maternal care: the child needs to be washed, changed, changed into a diaper, fed, and put to bed for a nap. If the baby's health allows, then go for a walk with him. But the main thing is games and communication with children.
