VSMU students are participants of the regional school for emergency preparedness

From June 19 to June 21, 2026, the Vitebsk Regional Organization of the Belarusian Red Cross regional school for emergency preparedness and response took place in the Polotsk district.

There were also students among the participants of the school ACCORDING to the VSMU Primary Organization Red Cross.

For three days, the participants practiced first aid, psychological first aid, organization of temporary accommodation facilities, as well as search and rescue of people in the forest area. The Search night exercises were held.

The volunteers exchanged experiences, gained new knowledge, improved their preparedness to respond to emergencies, made new friends, and received a lot of positive emotions and impressions.
