The 84th graduation of doctors of the General Medicine Faculty took place at VSMU

On June 26, 2026, the Vitebsk State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical University hosted a solemn Council meeting dedicated to the 84th graduation of doctors from the General Medicine Faculty.

This year, 404 graduates received university diplomas, including 20 subordinates of obstetricians and gynecologists, 54 subordinates of anesthesiologists and intensive care physicians, 70 subordinates of surgeons, 30 subordinates of internists, 230 subordinates of general medical practice.

41 graduates graduated from the university with honors, which is a high indicator of the quality of training at the faculty. A number of graduates are included in the database of gifted youth of the Republic of Belarus.

During the ceremony, the graduates took the "Oath of a Doctor of the Republic of Belarus", symbolizing their entry into the professional medical community.

Representatives of the university administration and teachers congratulated the young specialists on completing their studies and wished them success in their professional activities, continuous self-improvement and loyalty to their medical duties.

Graduates of the General Medicine Faculty will join the staff of healthcare institutions in the Republic of Belarus, continuing the glorious traditions of Vitebsk State Medical University, known for its fundamental training and practice-oriented approach to education.
