Ensuring decent working and living conditions for young professionals is an important task today

Since the beginning of August, young specialists have been starting work. Ensuring decent working conditions in healthcare institutions at the place of their distribution, as well as comfortable living, is an important task, the solution of which will contribute to the consolidation of specialists in the first workplace.

In pursuance of the outlined instructions of the Ministry of Health, University Rector Alexey Chukanov visited a number of clinical institutions in the Mogilev region, where he personally assessed the conditions in which young specialists will work. During the meetings with the administration of Mogilev Clinical Hospital of Emergency Medicine and Mogilev Clinical Hospital No. 1, the primary issues of improving continuity and interaction in improving the quality of professional training of a new generation of doctors were discussed.

Also on July 30, a working meeting was held with the head of the Main Department for Healthcare of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, Vladimir Vladimirovich Gatsko, at which proposals were considered to open branches of clinical departments of the university with their placement in healthcare institutions of the Mogilev region. The positive aspects are the improvement of the process of professional development of medical personnel supervised by the university of the region. This will expand the coverage of trained regional specialists, ensuring budget savings, and without reducing the intensity of qualified medical care provided by these specialists. The organization of the designated branches of clinical departments will make it possible in the near future to conduct practical classes for VSMU target students living in these localities in such healthcare institutions. These branches are also planned to be used as a place to improve the practical skills of subordinates, which will improve the quality of their practice-oriented training.
