Rector’s Message on Knowledge Day

Dear students and staff of the University!

Please accept my most sincere congratulations on Knowledge Day and the beginning of the new academic year! This day is especially important for each of us. For students, it opens up new horizons; for teachers, it provides an opportunity to once again share their accumulated knowledge and experience.

I would like to address the first-year students separately. You have successfully passed your entrance examinations and made a conscious choice in favour of medicine. From now on, you are full-fledged members of our large academic family. Here, at VSMU, you will gain not only knowledge, but also reliable mentors and friends for life.

I wish our entire staff and student community every success in the new academic year. May it be interesting and productive, and may it be remembered only for good events!
