A New Chapter in Dental Education: Modern Training Room Opens at the Department of General Dentistry

September 3, 2026, marked an important date for the Department of General Dentistry at VSMU. On this day, a new chapter in the training of dental professionals began with the opening of a modern training room equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

The new facility was officially opened by University Rector Alexey Chukanov. The event was the natural result of the administration’s coordinated efforts to improve the quality of education and introduce advanced teaching standards.

“It is fundamentally important for us that students master their profession using the best equipment and that teachers have every opportunity to pass on their experience. The new training room will become a place where future medical achievements are forged,” Alexey Nikolaevich emphasized during the opening ceremony.

The room is equipped to allow students to develop practical skills in conditions as close as possible to a real clinical environment. Immediately after the official ceremony, students began their classes and highly appreciated the university’s advanced material and technical facilities.
