VSMU Holds Meeting with Law Enforcement Representatives to Discuss Legal Issues

Vitebsk State Medical University held a preventive event for first-year students. Its key objective was to foster a responsible attitude toward the law, prevent offences among young people and help students clearly understand the extent of their responsibility to society and the state.

The first-year students were addressed by invited specialists representing the Juvenile Affairs Inspectorate of the Internal Affairs Department of the Administration of the Oktyabrsky District of Vitebsk.

The guests shared real-life examples from their professional practice, explained in detail the consequences of unlawful actions and spoke about measures aimed at preventing offences among young people.
