On May 14, 2025, within the framework of the Republican action “Together - for a strong and healthy family” dedicated to the Family Day, the opening of the photo exhibition and awarding of the winners of the photo contest of the XIX-XX centuries “Family Traditions of Belarus” “Family Traditions of Belarus” took place.

On May 15, 2025, the international scientific-practical conference “Vitebsk Spring 2025. Innovations in Allergology and Immunology” began its work in Vitebsk State Medical University.

On May 14, 2025, the solemn ceremony of opening of the memorial sign “Tree of Life” on the place of the former prisoner of war camp “5th Regiment” took place.

The memorial sign symbolizes the indomitable spirit of the Belarusian people during the Nazi genocide and their aspiration for a peaceful and independent life.

On the eve of the Family Day - the holiday of love and warmth - the students of the Pediatric Faculty of VSMU together with the Deputy Dean for Ideological and Educational Work Elena Batalkina visited the Children's Home.
