On February 18, 2025, in accordance with the work plan of the scientific and educational cluster “medicine and pharmaceutics - innovative projects” an international round table “additive technologies - new opportunities” was held.

The Vice-Rector for International Relations, Organizational and Legal Work of VSMU Denis Lits addressed the participants of the round table, noting the increasing interest to additive technologies in scientific and educational sphere.

At the Vitebsk State Medical University a meeting was held on the issues of amendments and additions to the collective agreement. The event was held in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue and mutual understanding. The discussion was attended by the representatives of the University administration and the primary trade union organization of the VSMU employees.

On February 18, 2025, within the framework of cooperation between VSMU and Vitebsk Regional Specialized Children's Home, the University hosted the opening of the exhibition of creative works of children-patients of the regional center of palliative medical care of Vitebsk, the work of which is aimed at helping children with disabilities, their treatment, rehabilitation, development and social adaptation. The exhibition was opened by the Rector of Vitebsk State Medical University Aleksey Chukanov and the Chief Doctor of Vitebsk Regional Specialized Children's Home Elena Mizerkina.

On February 17, 2025, VSMU held an online conference with the University Of Nizwa (Oman).

The representatives of Nizwa university were greeted by the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Organizational and Legal Work Denis Lits. The Head of the Office of International and Interregional Relations Elena Sharykhina and the Head of the Department of International Relations Anna Pchelintseva also took part in the negotiations.
