In the focus of attention - topical issues of ultrasonic diagnostics development

Within the framework of monitoring the organization of ultrasonic diagnostics in health care institutions on February 21, 2025, the Rector of the Vitebsk State Medical University, the chief non-staff specialist in ultrasonic diagnostics of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus Alexey Chukanov met with the heads of ultrasonic diagnostics departments of health care institutions of Mogilev region.

At the meeting they discussed topical issues concerning the development of ultrasonic diagnostics, introduction of new technologies and techniques, as well as professional development of specialists.

Students of the Pharmaceutical Faculty of VSMU visited RUE “Belmedpreparaty” within the framework of the Open Doors Day

On February 18, 2025, to get acquainted with the organization of production and pharmaceutical quality system of RUE “Belmedpreparaty”, the teachers and students of the 4th year of pharmaceutical faculty took part in the Open Doors Day of the enterprise.

The excursionists got acquainted with the history of RUE “Belmedpreparaty” and the nomenclature of manufactured medicines.

Solemn ceremony of laying wreaths and flowers to the memorial complex in honor of Soviet soldiers, partisans and underground fighters of Vitebsk region

On February 21, 2025, in the framework of the holiday dedicated to the Day of Defender of the Fatherland and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, the students of the University took part in the solemn ceremony of laying wreaths and flowers to the memorial complex in honor of Soviet soldiers, partisans and underground fighters of Vitebsk region, which was held on Victory Square.

Meeting with interns and young specialists of health care institutions of Mogilev region

On February 21, 2025, the delegation of VSMU headed by the Rector Alexey Chukanov visited Mogilev Hospital №1, where an open dialog with young doctors took place on the basis of the branch of the Department of Infectious Diseases of VSMU.

The main purpose of the meeting was to assess the level of professional training of graduates, as well as to provide them with comprehensive support, including social and legal aspects.
