On May 13-16, 2025, the students of VSMU took part in the open mini-football tournament among men's and women's teams for the Rector's Cup of the educational establishment ‘Belarusian State Medical University’.

The competition, timed to the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, became a bright sporting event that united students of medical universities of the country.

On the 17-18 of May, 2025, the Trade Union Committee of Vitebsk State Medical University organised for the students and staff of VSMU a wonderful excursion on the route Vitebsk-St. Petersburg-Kronstad-Peterhof.

On May 17-18, 2025, in the big sports hall of VSMU the Open Cup of Vitebsk city on badminton among men and women took place. The students and staff of our university took an active part in the competition and showed good results.

On the 18th of May, 2025, the Republican contest of dance art ‘PRODvizhenie 2025’ took place in Minsk. The dance group of the student club of VSMU ‘Suvyaz’ won the first place in the nomination ‘Street Show’.

We congratulate our favourite university, the leader - student of medical faculty Podborskaya Maria and all the participants of the collective, student club with this bright victory! Your talent and energy once again proved - you are the best! Keep it up!

On May 16, 2025, the party members of the party ‘Belaya Rus’ of VSMU: Alexey Chukanov, Denis Lits, Elena Gusakova took part in the dialogue platform with the First Secretary of the Central Committee of BRYU, member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukyanov.
