On February 26, 2025, Vitebsk State Medical University held a report trade union conference. The event gathered the representatives of the trade union organization of the university staff to summarize the results of work for the past period (from March 20, 2024 - February 26, 2025) and to discuss plans for the future.

On February 26, 2025, 205 students of the most numerous faculty of VSMU - medical faculty - pass the procedure of preliminary appointment.

384 graduates of medical faculty will go to their first workplace, from them 139 people were trained on conditions of target training, 129 - on budgetary form of training, 116 - on paid form.

On February 25, 2025, the students of the stomatological and pharmaceutical faculties undergo the procedure of preliminary distribution.

99 graduates of the stomatological faculty will go to their first workplace, 19 of them were trained on the conditions of target training, 28 - on the budgetary form of training, 52 - on the paid form.

On February 25, 2025, on the basis of the State Educational Establishment “Gymnasium No. 8 of Vitebsk” there was held a career guidance event for graduates of general secondary education establishments of Vitebsk “Target Training Fair”.

Lubov Orekhova, the deputy dean of FPE VSMU, as well as the representatives of Vitebsk Regional Clinical Hospital, Vitebsk City Central Polyclinic, Vitebsk State Medical College named after Academician I.P. Antonov attended the meeting with the 11th grade students of educational establishments.
