On November 21, 2024 in VSMU with the purpose of strengthening of informational and explanatory work on prevention of cybercrimes and potential threats of fraud through social networks and messenger applications, the meeting of the University employees with the operative commissioner of the Department for Combating Cybercrime of the Regional Department of Internal Affairs of Pervomaisky district of Vitebsk  - Valeria Kritskaya took place.

On November 21, 2024 in VSMU the dialogue platform “About genocide of the Belarusian people: restoration of historical justice” with participation of the Deputy Head of the department on supervision over execution of the legislation in troops of the Prosecutor's Office of Vitebsk region, senior counselor of justice I.V. Metelitsa with the students of the stomatological faculty was held.

November 21, 2024, on the basis of simulation and certification center VSMU passed the Republican Olympiad «Emergency medical care» using simulation technologies of education among educational institutions implementing educational programs in the field of education «Health».

VSMU participates in the program of academic mobility in the form of exchange of online lectures with Smolensk State Medical University.

On November 22, 2024 Vladimir Adaskevich, the Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Dermatovenerology and Cosmetology of VSMU, delivered an online lecture “Red lichen planus: clinical subtypes, risk factors, diagnosis, therapy, prognosis” for students of the 5 and 6 courses of medical and pediatric faculties, the 4 and 5 courses of dental faculty, the clinical residents and doctors of FVE of the Russian partner university. The professor's lecture aroused great interest among the listeners, its relevance and modern approach were noted.
