On May 27, 2026, a live broadcast took place in partnership with Pskov State University. The main event of the broadcast is the summing up of the international literary action "The soul of the people in the works of poets and writers."

The action was dedicated to the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Russia and Belarus — and this is not accidental. It is literature, poems and prose, familiar from childhood, that best show that our peoples have one soul, one history and one future.

On May 27, 2026, the Faculty of Pre-University Education at VSMU held a career guidance meeting with an excursion for 10th grade students of the State Educational Institution Gymnasium No. 2 in Vitebsk.

From May 22 to May 24, 2026, the XV Olympic Chemical Games were held, organized by the St. Petersburg State University of Chemistry and Pharmacy. 4th year students of the Pharmaveutical Faculty of VSMU Sivaya Karina, Buksova Ekaterina and Shutkova Alina took an active part in them.

The program of the event included team trials, an intellectual quiz, a case championship from employers, a sports competition "Race of Heroes", as well as creative team numbers and a captain's competition.

As part of his working trip, University Rector Alexey Chukanov visited the branch of the Department of VSMU on the basis of the Healthcare Establishment Mogilev Hospital No. 1.

The work on opening new branches of departments in Mogilev has already proved to be highly effective and is evaluated by specialist doctors as an extremely effective tool for improving professional competencies.

In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, the delegation of VSMU headed by the Rector of the University Alexey Chukanov took part in a career guidance meeting with graduate students of medical colleges in Mogilev and Orsha.

The event was organized as part of a systematic effort to provide professional guidance to young people in order to inform them about the possibility of university admission, including through targeted training.
