On November 20, 2025, an online meeting was held between the leadership of VSMU and Linyi University with the assistance of the Republican Institute of Higher Education. The event was dedicated to expanding international relations and developing joint initiatives in the fields of academic mobility, scientific research, and joint educational programs in pharmacy.

Representing VSMU were Denis Lits, Vice Rector of International Affairs and Organizational and Legal Work; Elena Sharykhina, Head of the Department of International and Interregional Affairs; and Anna Pchelintseva, Head of the Department of International Affairs. The Chinese colleagues were led by the leadership of the Linyi Institute.

On November 20, 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed between Vitebsk State Medical University and Vitebsk Broadcasting Company. Its purpose is to promote the positive results of the implementation of state social policy in the Vitebsk region. This project is the first in the country, with no analogues in the practice of universities in the republic.

In November 2025, the Faculty of Preparatory Training Course at VSMU organized several career guidance events for students of the Vitebsk State Medical College named after Academician I.P. Antonov.

On November 8, students visited the VSMU Simulation and Certification Center, where the staff demonstrated high-tech equipment, including simulators and mannequins for practicing practical skills. This experience allowed future medical professionals to immerse themselves in the environment of real clinical practice.

On November 16, 2025, a round table discussion was held at the Holy Intercession Cathedral in Vitebsk, involving VSMU students and the cathedral's rector, Priest Vasily Vabishchevich. The topic of the event was "Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity: Challenges and Solutions in the Modern World."

Vasilisa Maximovich, a first-year student at the Pediatric Faculty, participated in the Eternal Life educational forum of the Orthodox youth of Belarus, held from November 14 to 16 in Vitebsk. The event was organized by the Synodal Department for Youth Affairs of the Belarusian Orthodox Church and the Vitebsk Diocese.
