Traditionally, at the beginning of the academic year, meetings are held between the university administration and first-year international students.

The Dean of FOST, Vyacheslav Pobyarzhin, the Vice-Rector of International Affairs and Organizational and Legal Work, Denis Lits, and staff from the Dean's Office met with the FOST students.

On September 25, 2025, as part of the celebration of World Pharmacist Day, a group of fifth-year pharmacy students from VSMU, guided by the Dean’s Deputy Elena Serak, visited the Vitebsk State Enterprise "Pharmacia."

The visit included a seminar-review tour where the students were warmly welcomed by the enterprise’s General Director, Ekaterina Borisyevich. Ekaterina Stanislavovna reminded the attendees of the vital role pharmacists play in achieving effective pharmacotherapy results and improving patients' quality of life. She emphasized that pharmacists are the most accessible healthcare professionals and are highly trusted by the population.

For members of the VSMU Military-Patriotic Club "Service to the Motherland," loyalty to principles is not just words but actions. It's a live, real work that allows them to understand firsthand the value of peaceful skies. That is why the club's activities go far beyond the university boundaries.

On September 25, 2025, the International Forum on a Healthy Lifestyle and the XII Republican Universal Exhibition-Fair "Live Healthy" took place in Orsha.

Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatrics No. 2, Vera Potapova, actively participated in the section titled "Disease Prevention in Adults and Children: Modern Approaches." She presented reports on "Immunoprophylaxis of Respiratory Infectious Diseases" and "Monitoring and Nutrition of Preterm Infants in Outpatient Settings."

At Vitebsk State Medical University, work with international students is conducted regularly and systematically, contributing to their successful adaptation and comfortable stay in the Republic of Belarus.
