Immerse yourself in the history of your native country with the trade union

On December 13, more than eighty employees and students of VSMU embarked on an exciting journey along the Vitebsk–Nesvizh–Mir–Vitebsk route, organized by the trade union committees of employees and students, with financial support from the university administration.

Even during the journey to Nesvizh, the guides accompanying the group (traveling on two buses) shared extensive information about the history and notable inhabitants of the places passed through, enriching the experience.

The 5th anniversary International Scientific and practical Conference "Pharmacy. Challenges of the time"

On 12/12/2025, the Vth International Scientific and Practical Conference titled "Pharmacy. Challenges of the Time" took place. The conference was organized by Sechenov University (Moscow) and VSMU. Galina Ramenskaya, Director of the Institute of Pharmacy, and Galina Glembotskaya, Professor of the Department of Organization and Economics of Pharmacy, delivered welcoming speeches from Sechenov University. Additionally, Elena Asirian, Vice–Rector of Research, and Valentina Kugach, Dean of the Pharmaceutical Faculty, addressed our university.

Vitebsk State Medical University hosted a volleyball tournament for the VSMU Rector's Cup with the participation of women's teams from medical universities of the Republic of Belarus

On December 9, 2025, VSMU officially launched the traditional interuniversity women’s volleyball tournament among medical university teams of the Republic of Belarus. The competition was held for the main trophy—the Cup of the Rector of VSMU.

Career guidance meeting with students of the State Educational Establishment «Gymnasium No. 7 in Vitebsk named after P.E. Kondratenko»

On December 11, 2025, the Faculty of Preparatory Training Course at VSMU organized a career guidance event for students in grades 8–11 of the State Educational Establishment «Gymnasium No. 7 in Vitebsk, named after P.E. Kondratenko».

A military-patriotic song concert contest was held at VSMU

On December 11, 2025, Vitebsk State Medical University hosted a military-patriotic song contest. The event was timed to coincide with significant dates: the 80th anniversary of the Soviet people's victory in the Great Patriotic War and the 4th anniversary of the formation of the military-patriotic club "I Serve the Fatherland."
