Presentation of the book “Our President” with the participation of the author's team

On April 3, 2025, the presentation of the book “Our President” took place with the participation of the author's team: the Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Honored Scientist of Belarus Alexander Radkov and the Chairman of the Union of Writers of Belarus, head of the publishing house “Belarus” Alexander Karliukevich.

The authors of the book shared the history of the book's creation, interesting facts, revealed the secret of the book's uniqueness. After all, the interest to it is not subsiding, but only gaining momentum.

The event was attended by the Rector of VSMU Alexei Chukanov, the Vice-rector for ideological and educational work Dmitry Kuzhel, the first secretary of the PO “BRYU” Tatiana Makarevich.

VSMU - Laureate of the I degree of the festival of youth creativity “Student Spring-2025”

On April 2, 2025, the bright final of the city festival “Student Spring - 2025” dedicated to the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Belarus and Russia took place.

The gala concert was attended by the best groups from six universities of Vitebsk and Vitebsk region, as well as the guests from Russia – the students of Smolensk State Institute of Arts. Their numbers added a special flavor to the event and emphasized the strong connection between the two countries.

The event dedicated to the completion of the patriotic project ‘Living Memory of Grateful Generations’

On 2 April 2025, the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Belarus and Russia, a solemn event dedicated to the completion of the patriotic project ‘Living Memory of Grateful Generations’ took place.

The central event was a meeting with the initiator and head of the project Alexei Talai, in which the delegation of VSMU consisting of the first vice-rector Alina Shchupakova, the senior lecturer Alexander Tur and the students of the youth wing of the public association ‘Belarusian Women's Union’ of VSMU took part.

Action for the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Belarus and Russia “Make a Wish Together” was held in VSMU

On April 2, 2025, within the framework of events dedicated to the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Belarus and Russia the action “Make a Wish Together” was held in VSMU.

Denis Lits, the Vice-Rector for International Relations and Organizational and Legal Work of VSMU, Vyacheslav Pobyarzhin, the Dean of the Faculty of Overseas Student’s Training, Elena Gusakova, the Dean of the Faculty of Pre-University Training, Valentina Kugach, the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, the students of the University from Russia and Belarus decorated the branches of the Wish Fulfillment Tree of VSMU - a young oak tree planted as a symbol of friendship and common aspirations - with ribbons in the colors of the flags of the two brotherly countries. Each participant of the action, tying a ribbon, made his/her deepest wish, believing that wishes made together come true faster.

Meeting of student scientific circles of Vitebsk State Medical University and Astrakhan SMU

On April 2, 2025, in VSMU the meeting of student scientific circles in the online format of Vitebsk State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical University and Astrakhan State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation took place.
